A 12-month structured SINGER intervention combining group exercise, nutrition workshops, cognitive training, and social engagement. Delivered through NTUC Health activity centre in Kembangan. Outcomes measured against the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months.
Monthly group meetings (awards, board games, trivia).
Daily cognitive and physical online games.
Weekly social activity offers from partners.
Quarterly social engagement outings.
