About Impact Radar
Impact Radar is a programme brand of NZmark Pte Ltd — a Singapore social enterprise connecting communities, research, and registered charities to tackle dementia, support caregivers, and empower seniors.
We exist to bridge the gap between cutting-edge dementia research and the communities that need it most. By partnering with Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs), we translate evidence-based protocols like the FINGER/SINGER study into accessible, culturally adapted programmes for Singapore seniors and their caregivers.

A Singapore where every senior has access to evidence-based programmes that preserve cognitive health, where every caregiver is supported, and where communities are designed to be dementia-friendly — not as an afterthought, but by default.
Impact Radar began when our founder, Natasha Zaman, saw first-hand how her great-grandmother's early-onset dementia affected the entire family — not just her health, but her caregivers' livelihoods and mental wellbeing.
She discovered the FINGER study, a landmark Finnish trial proving that multi-domain lifestyle interventions can slow cognitive decline. But translating academic research into community-level programmes in Singapore required something new: a bridge between science and social services.
In 2024, NZmark Pte Ltd was incorporated and launched as its flagship phygital programme brand — Healthy Tec. By partnering with registered IPCs — organisations that can receive tax-deductible donations — we created a model where evidence-based impact and financial transparency go hand in hand.
Today, we work with IPC partners across Singapore, delivering structured programmes in dementia prevention, caregiver support, and creative empowerment for persons with cognitive impairment.
Every programme is grounded in peer-reviewed research and measurable outcomes.
We work through registered IPCs to ensure transparency, tax-deductibility, and accountability.
We meet seniors and caregivers where they are — in heartland communities, in languages they speak.
Programmes are designed with and for the communities they serve, not imposed from above.
We track outcomes rigorously so donors and partners know exactly where resources go.
Multilingual delivery, accessible venues, and culturally sensitive content are non-negotiable.
